We make our own kindling here at Home Farm Logs by splitting down kiln dried softwood to create great quality kindling that will light your fire with ease. Softwood makes the best kindling as it is high in natural resins and lighter in density which combine to produce a short lived but fierce flame, perfect for helping your fuel source logs to catch fire.
